I first started down the preparedness path over 30 years ago. In that time I have lived through numerous disasters and crises. At first, I could not reconcile disaster preparedness and a Kingdom focus but Kingdom is using what we have to in order to meet the “need” so that God is Glorified. This is why having things Prepared ahead of time is applied wisdom which has its foundation in the Kingdom!
We get this wisdom by partnering with all that the Trinity offers to become practically and spiritually prepared for everything from everyday disasters such as job loss, hurricanes, etc. to even the events that Jesus warned us about coming (in Matthew 24) before the end times we prepare with a focus of being positioned to fulfill the great commission in all seasons.
